A Short Message for Troubled Times.
Before you read Behind the Stained Glass below, I wanted to take the time to offer a brief message to all who come here. We live in tumultuous times. Some say the United States is on the brink of civil war. God forbid! We are struggling with a worldwide plague, job losses, hunger and more. Things are dire.
Yet we can take solace in tomorrow being a new day with the possibility for new solutions for our problems. Jesus made it clear there would be hard times ahead and we are experiencing some of them now. But these problems are nothing when compared to living with Jesus in Paradise for eternity!
We need to remember that God has not abandoned us. Understand that no matter what your position is in politics, finance, housing, food or anything else, I want to remind each of us that Jesus is our only true refuge and strength in these trying times and in all times. While we may feel like we are alone, remember God is always with us whether we can perceive Him or not. Go to the Catacombs on the left and read "Jesus Wept" for a greater understanding of God's incredible love for us.
May the Lord Jesus protect each and everyone of us, physically as well as spiritually in the coming days and give us inspiration to solve the problems we face. In Jesus' name we pray.
Stay safe, stay healthy. May the Lord provide us with solutions not only for our problems, but for the problems of others as well.
Be a blessing to someone this day and remember to give thanks to the Great I Am for all His blessing...
In His name, Pastor Rich...

Behind the Stained Glass!
Welcome aboard! We are delighted you've stopped by for a visit. We are a non-denominational / evangelical organization. Non-denominational so that everyone will feel welcome regardless of religious backgrounds or affiliations. Evangelical because we are a Christ centered church preaching the Gospel and reaching out to our neighbors. Now being that we are a non-traditional church, this may sound a bit strange to you, but this site was not created to tell you about our fellowship. This site was created for folks to learn from in a comfortable, non-threatening environment, safe from the assault of sex, violence and drugs that are so prevalent in today's world. So by all means, please look about. "Visit the Pastor" to find out why we are different. Join us in the forums and participate in the discussions. Feel free to partake of what is available at our modest web church as well as taking advantage of the other resources we provide links for. And don't forget to bookmark us at www.churchofhope.us! It is our sincere prayer that you will find our humble web church of use, that you will find peace here and that we can help you move closer to Jesus as we all learn to walk with our Lord!
A Christ Centered Fellowship!
